I love Stephen West

Het heeft mij zowat drie maanden gekost om deze Glacier helemaal af te maken. Dat komt ervan als je niet genoeg wol hebt. Oh ja, en een paar keer uithalen door een fout die ik pas rijen later zag, helpt ook aardig mee.
Het eindresultaat is wel geweldig. Dank je wel Kata voor de instructies om de sjaal op te spannen. De sjaal ruikt nu heerlijk naar conditioner en ziet er geweldig strak uit.

I took me 3 months to finish the Glacier Sweep. That happens if you don't have enough yarn. And offcourse pulling out several rows due to the discovery of an error some rows down, doesn't help.

The result is marvellous. Thx Kata for the instructions on how to strech out the scarf. The scarfs has the lovelly odeur of my conditioner and looks very tight.

Front of Glacier Sweep

 

 Dank je wel Kata! 😀Je introduceerde de patronen van Stephen West bij me en nu heb ik er een nieuwe verslaving bij. Het begon met de Dotted Ray (die staat nog op de pennen in afwachting van nog een bolletje wol) en toen moest ik gewoon de Glacier Sweep maken. Die maakte ik van de week af tijdens een verjaardagspartijtje. Hij is prachtig geworden!

Thx Kata! You introduced my to the patterns of Stephen West. And now I'm hooked. It started with the Dotted Ray (almost finished, but still waiting for a ball of yarn) and than I had to make the Glacier Sweep. I finished it last week turning a birthdayparty. I turned out great.
