Dochterlief is alweer een decenium oud geworden. Wat gaat de tijd toch snel. De festiviteiten zijn bijna voorbij enkel nog het kinderfeestje. Tegenwoordig is het heel gewoon om een uitdeelcadeautje te geven aan de kinderen die komen. Omdat ik het zo ongewoon vindt om telkens snoep te geven. Dit jaar pakten we het anders aan. Ze naaiden een leuke tas met daarop de eerste letter van het kind en een zelfgemaakte sleutelhanger. In de tas komen leuke DIY cadeautjes.
Last weekend my daughter became 10. Time flies by so fast!
The only thing left is the kids party. In the Netherlands it's custom to give a gift at the end of the party. I didn't want to give candy, so we came up with something else. A handmade bag with the initial of the kid on the front and a keychain with their name. In the bag is a littel DIY gift.
Lots of work but it looks great.
